I'm a licensed Florida life & health insurance agent and the founder of FullCareAI Insurance. My background isn't a traditional one for this field, and that's deliberate — it's the reason the practice works the way it does.
My background is in analytical, high-stakes work — the kind where decisions have to be traceable, conservative, and defensible, and where getting the reasoning right matters more than getting to a quick answer. I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science and spent more than two decades in software engineering before bringing that same discipline to insurance.
Why This Work
How I got here
A while ago I went out on my own to pursue a long-standing passion for financial markets and instruments — trading, and writing software for financial research. The deeper I went, the more one thing stood out about life insurance: these are among the most important financial decisions a family will ever make, and they deserve the same rigor you'd bring to any major financial decision — a clear look at whether the math actually fits the family's situation.
That's the opportunity I saw: not a better sales pitch, but a different process — taking a decision that can feel overwhelming and making it clear, analytical, and fully understood by the person making it. Permanent insurance, indexed products, and annuities are complex instruments. My job is to make them rational and legible, not to make them sound good.
Carriers pay commission when a policy is placed — that's how independent agents are compensated, and I'm transparent about it. What I commit to is that the analysis drives the recommendation, not the payout: I'll show you the conservative and guaranteed numbers alongside the projected ones, and I'll tell you plainly when a product — or buying anything at all — isn't the right fit for you.
